"Cleaning room was not excellent."

"Very Nice two room clean suite. Room had a small kitchen which was well appointed. Bathroom was clean and updated. There was no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up stairs if you are on the second floor. There were 7 or 8 off street parking spots in the lot, which was nice. Otherwise there was on street parking nearby. There were very nice Itallian and Japanese restaurants nearby we enjoyed. A Tim Hortons was not too far as well. "The breakfast area was dirty including almost all plates, generally one if the worst breakfast we have had over the last years."

"The property is amazing. It’s clean and has amazing views. The restaurant is great. The rooms are fantastic and very spacious. My only complaint is the price of parking. It’s $100 which I think is too much. Other than that it is a terrific hotel."

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"Great location if you want to be steps away from time square. Can be noisy at night if you like to go to bed early. We didn’t mind the noise outside. We could hear the neighbors through the joining room. That was a bit annoying. The staff was helpful when we called but no one made up our room the whole stay. Not sure if you need to ask or not. The rooms are a little out dated, but they were clean. Overall a decent place. I would stay there again."

"The room was dirty. I had to have the staff come up to make the room warmer, he was able to do. The air filter had not been cleaned. There really is no breakfast. The $15 is nice but you quickly go over because everything is so overpriced. I've been here before this was a bit disappointing .Location is great."
