"Very nice rooms, and friendly staff. I have stayed before. However, it proved to be difficult at night with a large accumulation of small moths in the room. Very unsettling. The pools, especially the outdoor, closing at 9, was disheartening. I would not stay again, especially for the $400.00 price tag."

"This was a great hotel for families. The furniture was sturdy and easy to clean and the view was stunning. The kids loved being able to see the falls and the nightly fireworks. The pool was a great amenity, however it was rather dark since the windows were covered. One downside was all the extra fees and breakfast not included. But the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms well stocked with pillows, soaps and towels."

"The location proved excellent—within walking distance of numerous destinations. While the room is relatively compact, it works well if you intend mostly to sleep and explore elsewhere during the day. Soundproofing falls short, making hallway noise easy to hear."

"They charge $6 per bag to hold them when you check out in morn if you still have the day to spend in the city. I’ve never had to pay for that at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. They also charge $38 a day for their “fee”. They do offer a $35 credit a day for food or drink to off set that I guess. We decided to get Starbucks the next morning to use the credit and waited almost 45 minutes for our order to only be incorrect. The lattes we ordered had no flavor and the chia was very off. ...
