"I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. "it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. There’s a resort fee being charged every day and it’s really just a simple pool. Nothing fancy I wouldn’t say it’s really a resort. A resort really does have quite a few other amenities. "Good value and quiet."

"Second time staying here and we love how relaxing and not-busy this resort is. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that could’ve been and should’ve been handled. We had 2 rooms and both didn’t have any soap for bathroom sink provided. We had to call housekeeping to get some so that we could wash our hands after using the bathroom and it took over and hour and 2 calls to get it. We found cockroaches in a couple of areas (the pool and outside our room) and when we called to have...
