"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."

"My stay was a nightmare, not just due to a massive bug infestation after a storm, but because of the front desk’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude.
On our first night, hundreds of bugs swarmed our entrance and bathroom. After I called, housekeeping came to vacuum. Housekeeping was kind and cleared the bugs, advising us to keep all lights off. "It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited.
