"We loved the location but the pool had no views unless you pay extra for the cabanas. The chairs were are packed so close to one another it was very uncomfortable and awkward. We attempted to go to the breakfast buffet at the beginning of the week and arrived 5 min early. The restaurant staff greeted us with "Not open until 6:30"

"I was disappointed. The entrance and lobby were grand, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but the rooms were mediocre at best. The bathroom wasn’t clean (dirt smudge and hair). Pro: It is located right next to Waikiki Beach."

"Overall what I like most is the accessibility of the hotel to the beach. My kids loved it so much that early morning we can come to the beach.Bed was not comfortable in my opinion it needs to be change. I feel that it hasn't been changed for many years.There was no room service offered during our stay.No free toiletries like shampoo or body wash at least. Microwave is upon request which I find unrealistic. TV has very limited channels.No cable channels at least like Disney or nickelodeon which I...

"The hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach and multiple shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and modern and the beds are comfortable. There is a coffee shop downstairs which is convenient. You only get one beach chair per room which I think is kind of stingy given the resort fee. That's the only complaint we had! I would go back and recommend it."

"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"BEST location in Waikiki. You don't need a car at this location. If you want one, get a Turo that will drop it off and pick it up right at the hotel just for a few days. The staff are exceptional. The valet's couldn't be more helpful, the cleaning staff was great! Room is a bit outdated but very tiody and nice. The partial ocean view was worth it. "We loved the resort. It was family friendly, and we loved the pond, flamingos, Koi fish, parrots, and of course, the waterslides. The beach was beautiful and didn’t have a big break."
