"Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. "This was the most incredible stay!
I cannot even express how incredibly gorgeous and breathtaking the property is; everywhere you look it is mesmerizing. The staff was top notch, the amenities were so great, and the breakfast was lovely.
We looked at many resorts in Wailea and I can confidently say that after staying at the Andaz there is no competition. We even ate at the Four Seasons and were not wowed because we just loved Andaz so much! LOL The only thing we didn’t love was the Alfredo...

"Everything was amazing and beautiful. The AC in the hotel room is very cold so you don’t have to worry about the AC not working at all. The food like breakfast is definitely a must eat at, especially the lunch and dinner. My girlfriend and I didn’t get the lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was very delicious.
