Great hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was great. Our flight wasn't until 6pm so they gave us the option of coming back to the hotel after we had gone snorkeling to shower and clean up. It was a great option for us. Highly recommend!!!

The resort was in a prime location with a little bay. In the bay you could do some snorkeling and see a variety of fish. At night, we saw Manta Ray out by the pier as well

I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing.

The rooms were clean and the views were amazing. We loved the access to the beach steps from our room. The morning staff, especially Matt, were amazing when we realized they gave us the wrong room the night before, he went above and beyond! I wish I could have seen him again. The front desk staff in the afternoons and evenings were very rude, acted like they don’t want any mainlanders there. With rooms had some issues, our last room the shower water was scalding hot unless you left it on for 10 mins before you got in. If you want a beautiful view, amazing staff at the restaurant, and easy access to an incredible luau and little beach, this is the place for you. We personally will find something else next time.

This is my second time at this hotel. It has been a good stay each time. I was in the West building this time. There was the sound of an engine running for most of the night I found annoying and it is time to update the dresser that was in disrepair. The staff were amazing very kind and professional. We were very disappointed in the room the we originally were given. We paid for an ocean front room 6+ months in advance which we thought would be one of the best rooms. The view from the second floor was the roof top the restaurant and the parking lot. We were so upset that we asked to be moved to a standard room which viewed the side with the tennis courts. I think Marriot should be ashamed for calling that and charging for an oceanfront. Today now we are at a different hotel with a beautiful ocean front view.

Lovely, clean space. Our deck had a view of the tennis courts/ parking lot, but you could see the ocean just beyond.
