"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, mit Blick auf die Tower Bridge. U-Bahn und Züge sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war super schön, groß, hell, Küche voll ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war das Frühstück. Zu wenig Plätze, man musste auf die sehr kleinen Tische im Empfang ausweichen. Die Präsentation war schwierig, weil sich immer nur eine Person etwas nehmen konnte und man so lange anstehen musste. Fazit: Kommen gerne wieder. "

During my stay, the water stopped while I was in the shower without any warning, which left me unable to rinse off properly. It affected my entire day. The hotel only gave a generic apology and the reaction was really awkward. They redirected me to Expedia.
