Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

What stood out is hotel’s staffs specifically the chef Ha, the server named Liên. They are very friendly, helpful made my stay much more enjoyable. The receptionist Ly is also amazing staff. Room is small but clean. I have a good time staying here.

The room was clean food was adequate staff was friendly but not very helpful with local information. The laundry was a little pricey and I am not sure I got everything back I sent. The tours we booked through the hotel were almost double the price they were online definitely a learning ...
