Staff are liars, made me pay for towels cleaning their bathroom, not helpful or reasonable, bed was hard as rock, I had to call reception each time I needed air conditioning in the room so there was no point having the dial in the room as it doesn’t work, slippers were made out what seemed like paper and they didn’t have basic amenities such as cotton buds or cotton pads
