Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

It was our first visit to Vietnam, and this was a superb hotel. Relatively new, but great location, super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel in general was great for our family of 4 where we had an inter-connecting room. Would definitely stay again, and would also highly recommend!

Honestly, the staff were phenomenal, my room was neat, clean, spacious and tastefully designed. I appreciate the staff going over and above the norm to help and guide me (and from what I observed, each guest). They remember you by name and offer intelligent suggestions to make your stay in Hanoi easy. I dont want to name one staff because every single one of them really made me feel welcome. Truly a 10/10 experience
