The property itself is a bit compact, and breakfast could be better (small spread), but honestly, the location and service made up for it. Would definitely stay here again for the staff alone "

They even kept my bags for me while I traveled outside of Hanoi and provided access to a shower after checking out. They are very accommodating and I would recommend staying here when in Hanoi!"
