"Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London! "

"The room was clean and comfortable with Tea & Coffee making facilities. Breakfast was decent and was included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its in an excellent location near to buses and the tube. Would highly recommend."
