"From the moment i arrived at the hotel i was received very well. All staff were respectful, courteous and friendly. Check-in was great. All check-in and information about the hotel and its amenities was communicated to me. Sadly i am checking out today. I would like to once again send my thanks to all of the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Sorry i don't remember everyone's name except for Yusrizal and Wan from Concierge department. Hope i spelled your names correctly. Thanks everyone once again. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "

"Very clean and comfortable. Room a little on the small side but for me travelling alone it was fine. Location was ok for trips. Not too much around but a few restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice sky bar and swimming pool which is open until 10.30 which is great for an evening swim. Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was fine and staff were helpful and polite and always greeted with a smile😁"

"Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

"The apartment was clean and spacious. The daily service was amazing and all the staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything. Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have."
