No need to pack shampoo, conditioner or moisturizer; all provided. Grab dinner and sit at beautiful Bryant Park to eat. Walk 15 mins to 34st Ferry and take East River (ER) to DUMBO and see Brooklyn Heights. Take Burough Hall subway back (express) to Grand Central Station. "

"The battery on my door died. So I was kept out of my room — while my belongings were in there — for over 12 hours. Staff was not equipped to handle the situation. It took forever to resolve. And the backup plan was not good. No frills hotel. Tiny lobby. Small rooms. One elevator. Strong weed smell. And lobby and elevator and halls not clean. Room fine. "
