I would’ve given a four star review for this hotel, but the lack of customer service on the billing charge turned it into a one star review. Instead of treating my family to a fun stress free getaway we had to deal with all kinds of credit card holds on three different cards just because my family arrived a few hours before me and checked in early. Instead of the full cost of the hotel going on my card as I had requested two other cards were charged for the full weekend of a stay, not even an incidental hold, which would be understandable or even at the most one nights stay for the hold. But 3 fulls nights. And not just a pending charge that would clear eventually, but the full room and three nights was charged to the wrong card and five days later has still not been resolved.
Not the fault of the staff who were nice and helpful but the hotel overall needs to do better here. I travel often and I’ve never had an issue like we had this weekend.
Aside from that, the hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and the location was wonderful. If you do stay here there is a great coffee place right next-door and an amazing bagel place around the corner.
But what a headache good grief.
