"I had such a lovely time during my short stay. The hotel is in a very convenient area too, Times Square, Broadway, etc are only a short walk away from the Hotel. Also with a subway entrance a few steps away, making for a convenient way to get around if you don't feel like braving it on foot. I feel like I've seen all I wanted out of central Manhattan on my first visit, but if I were to go back, or if anyone wanted a Hotel recommendation, I would recommend Hotel Park Ave!"

"Great Location !! Kept fairly clean we just had issues with our bath tub drain but besides that our stay was extremely pleasant. They give you a $15 credit daily to use in the cafe we stocked up on water and other drinks for the fridge, great perk ! We will be back"

"The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is Well situated close to times square. Staff was very helpfull from the front desk folks giving us a great tip for a bagel place nearby and a 10% discount. Bridget the manager was very nice and attentive. I would i highly reccomend this hotel."
