I stayed at this hotel from Friday the 2nd through Sunday the 4th for a business trip, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
On Saturday the 3rd, I reported to the front desk around 6:15 PM that my room had no hot water and had not been cleaned. I was assured both issues would be handled. When I returned around 10:30 PM, nothing had been done. I called the front desk again and was told someone would come, but no timeframe was given.
I waited until 1:30 AM, and no one ever showed up. My room was still dirty, and I still had no hot water.
The next morning, I had to call again. Maintenance finally came, but the water was only lukewarm and still on the cold side. I had no choice but to shower like that in order to check out by 12 PM, which is unacceptable—especially while traveling for business.
At checkout, I explained everything to the front desk. I was told the manager would be informed, yet the manager never came out to speak with me, offer an apology, or attempt to resolve the situation. When I asked why, I received no response.
Lack of hot water, an uncleaned room, broken promises, and no management accountability made this a very frustrating stay.
