Hotel murah di East London

"I was surprised when leaning on the window sill in the morning to discover it was sticky and on removal I had paint on my hand. Also the toiletry containers in the shower were both empty. I spoke to reception about both matters and the shower toiletries were topped up when we returned later that day. Having stayed in this hotel a number of times previously the excellent view remains a draw, however, we were disappointed this time with the overall experience."

"What a weird a** place this is. This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos.
