Location: It is perfect. Just 5 mins walk to Tower Hill station. Coppa Club, Pauls, Starbucks are all just outside the hotel.
Check In/Front Desk: The moved our things from the other room we booked.
Room:
I booked wrongly - river view instead but staff was nice to amend it to tower view with no extra charges (possibly the only "upgrade" they did for us with no charges....). The room looks bigger too perhaps due to the furniture arrangement... But it did feel a bit more spacious. The view...

Great location with many eatery choices, walking distance to Tower of London and other sightseeing spots, it would be a great choice if you want to explore surrounding areas. Staff are friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended.

Staff were good at reception, and helpful with getting a car/taxi at check out. The room and bathroom are modern, new, fresh and very clean. The breakfast was not included in the room, but was value for money as it included buffet style cold meat and cereal etc.
