"It was horrible, they were having construction which they told us about it, but the concierge told us we would barely hear the construction work. Well wrong, at 8 in the morning our room was vibrating and the drilling was horrible. When I told the concierge all they had to say is, I’m sorry. One of the pools was closed cause they didn’t have enough staff. Not staying there in the future.

"One of the sink drains would not drain - the drain plug closed but would not reopen. Fortunately there were two sinks in the room. The rain shower control was broken. We could hear a jack hammer somewhere during part of the night . It wasn't worth it to me to report it. Otherwise the room was spacious.
