"We had an amazing stay here! Taylor at the front desk was so sweet and kind, and answered all my questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and was always keep fully stocked by the incredible waitstaff. And they had the most amazing mickey waffles that changed flavor daily! Flamingos Bar and Grille had yummy food and drinks as well. Check in and out was flawless. We will definitely be back here!"

"They change sheets everyday!!!! Our fridge had no freezer they put the ice packs for my insulin in the freezer at the desk. They were helpful all the way around. Great staff, everyone greats you when they walk by. Recommend this hotel everytime."

"I did not feel good upon entering the property because it didn’t look like what I expected. The hotel was under construction so they gave us an “upgrade” to a two bedroom house, but it was far from the lazy river which is what made me book this place and then we were pressured to sit thru a time share meeting and told to access some of the amenities we had to purchase a power pass which means not only did I pay for a resort fee but would have to pay for a pass for my daughter to enjoy herself as...

"The first room upon arriving at our reservation had a dirty mattress. Upon switching rooms, our second room needed to be swept and we had to request new Linens. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. House keeping was very detailed. The provided breakfast was tasty, consistent, and extremely convenient. The property itself was nicely located and well maintained."
