"We were extremely pleased with how the night-shift manager handled our check-in; he was very professional in accommodating my special request. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The only two things that didn't work very well were the dryer and the bedroom A/C vent; the room would usually get a bit warm by the end of the day 😳 because not enough cold air was coming out. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. The kitchen has everything ."

"I feel like I got bamboozled with this rental. I specifically booked it because of the game room and amenities geared toward kids shown in the Expedia pictures that I thought were in the condo. They were not. Any amenities from those pictures were in the main house. The carpet was stained, the floors and doors all creaked/squeaked (which matters if you have kids who are light sleepers and you’re trying to ninja walk out of the room at night), when it rained, the ants would come in the downstairs...

"The unit was very roomy and clean. It was easy to find and we greatly enjoyed the clubhouse access that came with our rental. There is washer/dryer upstairs which was very nice. What would have taken our review from “good” to “great would be: -better communication from the hosts prior to our stay. We sent several messages with a question and never heard back. -better provisions in the unit. When we stay somewhere it’s nice to have at the bare minimum enough toilet paper and paper towels to last...
