"The room was great for the price and the cleanliness of the room was decent. My only complaint would be the floors weren't as clean as they could have been. Aside from that everything was awesome. The fully stocked kitchen was very nice to have. The staff is great and very responsive. Amenities were nice as well. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation! "

"Where do I start? I guess I start with the fact that, when I first got there, I couldn't even check-in even though it says 24/7, check-in, I tried to do the self check-in thing on their chaos. It wouldn't work, I tried figuring out where the people were, but that was kind of difficult too. They had a little sign sitting on their desk, saying to call this number to check-in, so I called this number to check-in, they sent security over there. To check me and he was great. The security officer that checked me in, he was a wonderful guy. I felt bad for him, but he was a wonderful guy. And the reason I felt bad for him was because he was running around like he had a chicken like his head was chopped off and I can guarantee not getting paid to feel like that. So, but you're northern there now the professionalism in this place, not At all, what I call, even close to half professionalism, let alone full communication sucks. It literally cost me almost $700 for a 2 night stay in this place because I had a $165 already put on a payment, then they canceled that reservation, even though I was already in the room, which doesn't make really any sense to me but anyways they canceled it. Because\n I didn't come in and sign paperwork. Well, somebody never even came up to my door nobody even came and said anything, so really, in all reality, if somebody would have I would've known how is somebody supposed to know when they receive an email that says your booking is confirmed, And you're set"
