We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the hotel. All the staff made us feel welcomed. The breakfast had a nice selection and great service. The front desk ordered us a cab several times and it arrived within 3 to 5 minutes.. The bathroom had a great shower, a place to warm your towel, and a hairdryer. Room was very clean and had plenty of outlets. You will need to bring an adapter for USA to Italy to charge your phone and tablet. I always bring a steamer when i travel. I bought one off of Amazon that is compatible for their voltage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We miss you already Roma!
