"I had to pay an additional fee separately so that the child could have half board, even though at the time of booking I was given a price for half board for two adults and one child. Another couple who came with us was not required to pay this fee and benefited from exactly the same conditions. "Part of the Anantara riverside resort. While it is a little further out of the main central areas, the shuttle boat runs regularly to connect to the train lines at Saphan Taxin. Lovely modern hotel. Breakfast however was very crowded in quite a small room given the size of the hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely but again small and busy - not enough space for the number of guests. Staff great - very helpful and polite. Great stay overall for a few days but if I am coming back to Bangkok...

"The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "
