"When we arrived bed linen was very poor, hairs and stains. When the replaced it new linen was a bit damp. We left our room clean sign out all day, when we finally returned at 4:45, they then wanted to clean the room. A little in convenient! I didn’t really like the location, which is not a fault on the hotel. And wotif advertised this rate at 50% off!! Which is definatley not accurate and I would say not worth th rate I paid."

"The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "

"Hotel was fine, house keeping was great, but the hotel has some things that can be improved ...like the launch chairs by the pool on the roof terrace and the ones in the room balconies were very dirty. ...The entrance of my room was facing directly to the kitchen and to the area were the staff shower and take breaks ..... Breakfast was always cold ..... Check in was not smooth at all"
