"Room Air Conditioning sucks. The management says guests can not control the temperature below 22°C (71°F). That's ridiculous. With outside temperatures soaring above 33°C (90°F) and humidity levels 70%+, the rooms are hot. When you come into the room, tired and sweaty, it sucks because you can't get it below 22°C. I have never seen this in any other 5-star resorts. The furnitures are ordinary. The shampoo dispenser, once pressed, won't come back, you need to pull it up again. There are no...

"Staff were friendly. Hotel was Modern. Room was cleaned daily. Towels, water bottles, soap, bath robes etc were stocked daily. Cleaniless top notch. Food top notch. Mobile order for room service and pool bar was efficient and convenient. Room service was quick, fresh and delicious. Delivered at impressive speed. Variety of buffet options daily. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. A la carte was awesome. We enjoyed the Starbucks and sweet spot. Recommend "

"Part of the Anantara riverside resort. While it is a little further out of the main central areas, the shuttle boat runs regularly to connect to the train lines at Saphan Taxin. Lovely modern hotel. Breakfast however was very crowded in quite a small room given the size of the hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely but again small and busy - not enough space for the number of guests. Staff great - very helpful and polite. Great stay overall for a few days but if I am coming back to Bangkok...

"The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "
