"The property was beautiful it was away from other properties. There were three security stations for clearance to get onto the property. Very secure. All the staff was amazing. The resort has daily activities. I highly recommend!"

"This place was top notch and comes highly recommended! They have tons of activities for all ages! (Water aerobics, bingo, Neon party, Michael jackson event, live music, ping pong tournaments, darts, cornhole, dancing lessons, workout classes, foam pool party, nightly shows that are all age appropriate, etc) Make sure to download the RIU app to keep up with the daily activity events happening. All the food and drinks were incredible. Extremely clean, hard working staff that truly care! Absolutely beautiful property. Ocean had lots of seaweed when we went in June-but the staff worked hard to clean it daily! We will for sure be back as well as recommend this place to everyone we know! "

"The facility and food were amazing! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful as well. Our room was nice and clean. It was definitely worth the upgrade of rooms to the Privilege side of the resort. The ONLY thing we were unhappy with was the huge amounts of sargassum seaweed on the beaches and the smell it created. The resort was doing they best they could to control it, but it’s amounts were excessive and I’m not sure there was more they could do. Just disappointing for a beach vacation."

"Es hermoso, el staff demasiado excelente, la comida riquísimas..lo unico que creo es q es muy complicado para direccionarte caminas demasiado mas porque te pierdes y es muy confuso que por la distancia en si. Y el licor como sugerencia diria que si le añaden cervezas y refrescos y agua a su traslado oh a su lounge seria mucho mejor el recibimiento, de igual forma a la llegada a su hotel la cafeteca esta perfecta pero un carrito de refrigerios como los antes mencionados ademas de las paletas de helado seria un plus"
