"We stayed in the Casa Vallejo villa on the hotel property. It was awesome having the privacy and space of the villa, but the amenities of the hotel. Daniel and Fernado who run the hotel were amazing and took care of everything we needed. They set up massages for our group and a yoga class and connected us with a boat excursion that was great. We ended up eating a lot at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it. The beach directly in front of the hotel is not the best in Tulum, but it is hard to...

But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ...

"The room was very clean and that's always number one prerequisite. The staff who received us was very patient as we didn't know a lot of things and asked many questions. I didn't understand why we had to pay more for one more person, as the room had two queen side beds and we were able to bring another friend along. That was not right, but it's not the staff's fault. The check out person spoke Argentinian Spanish and we could not understand a word she said, and she seemed to get bothered easily....
