"This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow. "

"Really lovely hotel. Has a nice feel to it clean and smart and comfortable. Room was quiet even though the hotel is right next to the m4. Only complaint is a bit more explanation at checkin would have been helpful ie breakfast and check out times and how to use the lift with the key cards. We would defo stay again. "
