"Primero para hacer check in solo tenian dos personas para hacer el check in de varios huéspedes que habian llegado al momento que nosotros. El check in fue lento por eso duramos alrededor de 30 min esperando mas los minutos que tenian que durar con nosotros para hacer el check in. Senti que dure casi una hora en eso. Luego de eso nos habían dicho que las maletas iban a estar en la habitación para cuando estuviéramos ahi. Cuando llegamos no estaban, llamamos a recepción y dijimos que no estaban...

"Stayed in the Riu ventura for one week with family (kids and a 10month baby) hotel is clean, new, well maintened, staff are helpful, we got the family size room, spacious one with 3 queens beds and with a sapereate restroom, but the view was only partial view. "Family trip w 3 kids. Not the fanciest, not a luxury resort. Good size resort if you have younger children since its easy to get from point A to point B. Its not the cheapest resort either, quite expensive but what sets the resort above some of the rest in it's class is the friendly staff (most of them) and the better then average food. Unfortunately the beach was unsimmable due to seaweed. However, even though there is really only one true pool (the other is a kids pool) the main pool even...

"There were a few things that I didn’t like. 1. When you arrive to resort, the host gets you full attention at all times to help with check-in. Once they wanted to set a meeting to have breakfast and try to sell a timeshare, I was not interested and mentioned I don’t want to waste their time. The host was not very polite. He response was it very polite. 2. When you walk into a restaurant that needs a reservation and didn’t make one. They were very polite and we waited to be seated....

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
