Located in the Hotel Zone just a 10 minute walk from the action!! All I have to say is Diamond 💎 Club…The beach, the pools, the rooms, the food options (only thing is portion size at some restaurants are small), but all above my expectations.. I can’t even begin to tell you. We had Butler Service from the AWESOME & GORGEOUS Samara. She was the best! So attentive, knowledgeable, sweet, & diligent with assisting us with reservations and recommendations. If you plan to stay in Cancun, the Royalton CHIC will NOT disappoint."

"The property is wonderful, it feels like its own little oasis. Food was ok, what we expected from an all-inclusive. The VIP treatment was amazing, our room in the royal tower was beautiful and our butler Yajahira was very accommodating. We were able to have access to the bali beds everyday, no issues with restaurant reservations, and having access to the steakhouse for breakfast & lunch was a nice step away from the busy international buffet. It was a very relaxing vacation for us."
