We had a really great stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start, which made the whole experience even better. The resort was also very clean, and we noticed the maid service came twice a day. It was also nice to see that the pool and grounds were cleaned daily. The staff and butlers were very attentive, and we never had to wait long for food or drinks. The drinks were made with premium liquors, and the food was delicious with a lot of variety. Even my picky kids were always able to find something they liked. There were plenty of activities and the nightlife was fun and entertaining—there was always something going on. The dolphins on site were a really nice touch, and we saw many families enjoying the experience of swimming with them. Overall, it was a great trip and we really enjoyed our stay.

We have been to the Ziva 6 times bc we love it so much. The staff are amazing, amenities are great, and we always have a good time.
