"This place is great. It is a small hotel but has everything you need for a trip. The breakfast has good variety, the room (and especially the bed) is comfortable, the hairdryer is powerful (which is not easy to find nowadays), and the staffs are super nice. "The room we got was decent, but did not match the picture shown. Hotel is nice once you are in the room. The ground floor entrance can be better. This is close to train station and walkable to famous Florence attractions. Taking away one star for the elevator/lift. Now I understand most hotels in Europe don’t even have that option, but when you retrofit, it could have been done in a better way — it is the smallest, slowest a hottest elevator I have ever seen."
