"Another excellent stay. Great position- walk into Queenstown. Very comfortable room, plenty of space and great views over the lake. Staff very welcoming. Easy parking on site. Only negative was lack of housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels and no bed making etc. Not a game changer though. "

"We booked the mountain view room and it had amazing views of both the mountain and the lake. Hotel is in a perfect location on top of the hill with great views. Only a short walk to town. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was enjoyable. Only criticism is the pillows. "

The real standout, though, was the view. Waking up to sweeping vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains was nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Queenstown—this place made our trip extra special! "
