"First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back."

"Wonderful room, great staff and good location. We had a car but did use the free shuttle service which was very good (once an hour). Dinner at the restaurant was superb. Genuinely wonderful place."

"Great location - easy walk to town and the gardens, on the ski shuttle route, but out of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Room was clean and had everything necessary. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend."

"Great location โ only about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We had beautiful views of the lake and mountains to wake up to each morning. There was plenty of room for a family, the beds were comfortable, and the heaters worked a treat to keep the apartment warm during winter. The fully equipped kitchen was also really handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to assist with every request we had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with amazing views, and we would happily stay here again."
