The reception and bar area was really poor condition torn seating, broken tiles . Poor bar .the smells in the corridors are not pleasing and the carpet cleaner smells in the room are not good . The View is Amazing of the lake and mountains . The location is good walking into the centre of town . Did not use facilities at the hotel .

Parking is extremely difficult to find, heater in the room was not working. View is great from the room looking at the lake. The worst part is the reason i book this place was for restaurant but got emailed 1 week ago that restaurant is closed during our stay. Very disappointing, hardly any cutlery in the room. Staff is very helpful.

Comfy beds and very clean but a bit outdated. Views are amazing. I would stay closer to the city next time for more convenience. Beds and pillows are super comfy. A broken leg on an ottoman was fixed promptly when brought to their attention. No issues with staff who were helpful and friendly at all times.

Close to downtown Queenstown (short drive, public transport immediately outside hotel) rooms are good size and good facilities provided for coffee/ tea making. Private balconies with great views. Didn’t make use of breakfast restaurant as most recent experience (lukewarm food, poor/limited choices an overpriced) last week meant we didn’t bother going there again.

Our family of four adults stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. What a great stay we had. The young lady that served our drinks and dinner was really friendly and we had breakfast there and who was there was the same young lady what a trooper she is, well done gerl. We will be back. The breakfast was simply awful and way overpriced. Only had it once and for the rest of the stay we drove into town. The other dining experience comprised pizzas or sandwiches. Really? Was expecting something more imaginative. Nice location and nice room. But the dining was a major let down.

Staff were good, rooms overlooking the lake get a lot of road noise but great view. Maintenance is not high on the priority list, cupboard doors falling apart, window locks hanging by 1 loose screw. On the good side it is just 5 minutes to the centre of town and there is a bus stop out front if you needed it.

Wonderfully friendly staff, very close to town, taking about 10-15 min walk and has ample car parking onsite free of charge. I have allergies and brought my own food and was able to use a mini bar, microwave and kettle in my room. The rooms are out dated and starting to look a bit run down. Beds very comfortable and warm rooms. The mountain and lake view is incredible, including on the small balcony area outside the room. Unfortunately there was a sound in the walls that kept us up both nights of our stays, kind of sounded like it was the water pipes being used which is the reason for the three stars.
