"The room had hair left on the bed and in the shower. There was no complimentary coffee in the room. No microwave, no usable refrigerator except what they stocked with very high dollar goods that had sensors to charge you if you even lifted them out to look at them. The carpet was dirty."

"One of the beds in the room had a flat spot on the edge from sitting on the bed. Doesn’t seem like they ever get flipped or rotated to even the wear. Had a small window to look out. Parking garage is max of 6’ 7”. Not central to the rest of the hotel so be ready for a walk through the casino"

"This was our first time staying at planet Hollywood. We usually stay at the Cosmo or Mandalay Bay. We were pleasantly suprised! The room was great, really everything was great, and the gal at the front desk that helped us with a check-in issue was super pleasant. "

"Third time staying here in the last few months and this was the first time in the VIP tower. Not impressed. As disgusting as this is to say, there was a booger in one of the sinks along with hair in various locations of the bathroom. There was water around the toilet which I don’t know if it was from a leak or from just having been mopped. But the worst was finding a baby cockroach in the sink the following morning. My other stays in the other tower were far more pleasant which is surprising...

"Found e good deal on a king room in lower Manhattan. Like most hotels in the area, the room is much smaller than you'd expect anywhere else, but for NYC you can't complain. Room was clean & hotel was safe. King bed was sagging pretty bad in the middle by the head of the bed. You could tell many people have had to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard for where the mattress was worn, but with only one office chair as an alternative, there's not a lot of options. Housekeeping did a great...
