"Great space. Great location. The pub next door called the perfect pint was fabulous. The only downfall was the loudness from times square could possibly keep you up at night. But a good glass or two of Guinness at the pub helped to put us right to sleep"

"This was ot our first time, that wr stayed at Hilton midtiwn, but evety time it is getting worse. The chck-in was not good. I had booked a room with shoerr anc they gave us rooms with a bathtub twice...Bsthrooms are tiny, lighting is vety poor. The hotel is not clean and new elevator system is a disaster. Thd only great thing about this hotel is, thag it has amazing location."

"At approximately 11:00 PM, we decided to spend some time at the hotel’s lobby bar. There were several empty tables available, including four tables for three to four guests. The lobby bar manager, who introduced himself as Senior Manager Dylan, refused to seat us because we were only two people. He stated that those tables were intended for larger groups and placed us on a waiting list. What made the situation particularly upsetting was that shortly afterward, he seated two other couples—also groups of two—at the same tables that had supposedly been reserved for larger parties. During all my travels, I have never experienced such treatment, and I found it offensive and humiliating. The following morning, we waited about 20 minutes for the General Manager to discuss the incident, but nobody came. Later that evening, the Hotel Manager emailed me, saying he wanted to speak with me. I immediately provided my phone number, but I was never contacted. I am not even mentioning the extremely long queues at reception or the fact that the extra bed for our son was delivered only several hours after our request. The lack of follow-up and poor service made this stay very disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and respect from a hotel of this standard."

"Likes: Beds were very comfortable. Dislikes: Bath didn’t drain properly which meant both guests couldn’t use it. Took a while to fix. There was no kettle or tea/coffee in room. Was provided on request but the milk/creamer tasted bad. The room temperature was not well regulated. Too cold at times. However, blankets given on request. Bathroom door got jammed and had to get someone to fix it very early morning and I was almost late for a meeting."

"The property was well maintained and the staff was very personable and helpful. The location was super convenient to Broadway, Times Square and the subway. The only complaint was gym was tiny, and could only comfortably accommodate 2 people at a time. I would stay there again, the next time I'm in NYC."
