"The Hilton Hawaiian village is like your own island. Has everything. Less congested than the other end of Waikiki beach. With all the amenities and Aloha Friday fireworks show! I heard one guest say I feel like I live at a mall. Has its own lagoon. It’s great. "

"Water fountains are non existent or not working. Pool service is very slow and clean up is poor, which leads empty cans/ plastic cups, napkins to end up at bottom of pool. No coffee in rooms, restaurants are always booked, fast food facilities have long wait lines. Disappointed in Fountainbleau."

Caesars Palace Las Vegas is exceptionally well situated on the Strip, and that location is ult That said, there were several disappointing aspects of the stay: Much of the furniture throughout the room was visibly scratched and worn. I understand the challenges of maintaining a high-traffic property, but even simple touch-ups would significantly improve the appearance and overall impression of the rooms. If...

"No in room hygiene like shower cap, q-tip, nail file or make up wipes which surprised me. In room coffee was not included and very expensive through the mini bar. Room was very nice, staff was helpful, and I appreciated being able to hold my bags after checkout for free vs at the Convention Center."
