"The rooms are like a condominium, spacious, very well stocked with full kitchen dishes, pots, pans for cooking. Microwave, washer&dryer, dishwasher etc. The property is very clean. Multiple pools. Activity Calendar. Gated, must have gate key for entry. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Parking was easy and close to hotel entrance. It took a couple of loops around to figure out. We upgraded to a refreshed room which had a broken lock and there were some parts not “refreshed”. Only give 3 towels and 2 washcloths. "

"Despite being marketed as a recently renovated room, it was filthy with tons of maintenance needs. There was a beachball-sized bubble in the ceiling from water damage, broken and unusable drawers, visible dust everywhere, trash on the floor and furniture from prior guests, black discoloration on the whole tub, dirty windows/glass, missing grout and caulk in the bathroom, and more. "

"Terrible customer service. Staff unable to answer simple questions like where is the ice machine or where is the pet relief area. Housekeeping did not clean the toilet bowl. Telephone in the room didn’t work. Long check in line with only 2 staff members working. No printed information in the room, had to turn on television and navigate. Had to flag down the housekeeping cart just for some towels. "

"This was a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. There were lots of stores to shop right on the premises. Being oceanfront made it nice for great views and pics. The entertainment was nice and the onsite restaurants were very nice as well. "

Always wanted to stay here glad I was able to make it happen. Would definitely stay again. Love the conservatory. "

"Huge but nice resort. 2 workers were checking us in. 400 people arriving took 4 hours to check in, as mobile check-in wasn't working. Massive inconvenience for such an established hotel. "
