"Not a place I would return to. Had to speak to the manager about the front desk not sending in my orders for the fridge, which stopped working, and we lost out on food cost. It is a cheap but not clean toilet on the side; it had menstrual blood even after contacting housing to clean it on the first day we arrived still it remains. There were pests, and some of the visitors had pets which kept me up, lucky me, only for one night. but the staff is wonderful unless you are disabled like myself and...

"This hotel is beautiful,has lots of reaturants to choose,from ice cream shops to pizza you name it they have it. They have shopping stores also. No need to go anywhere this hotel has everything. And the plus is the casino is not smoky so its good to go sit and enjoy."

"When checking in at the self-checkin, we had some trouble. The monitor said we owed zero to check in even though I knew we still had to pay the resort fees. I had prepared the right amount but then it tried to pull out more than I was warned about. So when we went to talk to someone at the front desk (I believe his name was Moses, he was so helpful, the staff there is amazing!) They explained that the amount that was attempted to be pulled was the security deposit and we'd be getting it back...

"Place was great, despite the cost. The views are fantastic, the restaurants on site are excellent, and the location is the best you can ask for. My only negative was the cost for parking. They offer off-site self parking, on-site self parking in the garage, or valet. Off-site was around $50 CAD, on-site was close to $80 CAD. It's very expensive compared to nearby lots that charge $20 CAD for overnight parking. If I visited again, I'd definitely find my own parking."
