"Clean simple room, convenient location by time square (a drum walk back from the clubs), staff always greeted us (24/7 availability), our room was ready early so we could check in. Next to the hotel there’s a 24/7 eatery with lots of food, snacks, hot food, and great Paninis. Also an Irish pub."

Not a single elevator issue, staff member issue, room was great, bed was comfortable, room was attended to each day, and the staff even tucked in my daughter and her friends build a bear each day while attending to the room.
