"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. "I was really impressed with the convenient amenities. From online check in with key card machines, to the texting assistant. We needed a few different things for our room and after texting with our assistant about our needs, someone was up to our room within 10-15 minutes every time. Very great service!
