We were told that we were getting an upgrade. It definitely was not an upgrade. We waited almost 45 minutes for a elevator not acceptable.."

"The Venetian is beautiful, clean and spacious. There was also a fridge in the room. The shops and restaurants are amazing. The staff was pleasant."

"Everything was clean, staff were very helpful, the pool was nice. And we had a great view of the falls. We paid for off site parking and there is a shuttle that will take you back and forth. My only complaint is that the elevators take a long time but there are a lot of people. I would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel does not have its own pool; instead, guests share a pool with two other hotels. Because of this, the pool can already be quite crowded. One day during our stay, the shared pool was unexpectedly closed, and there was no explanation or information provided to guests. We were told to use the pool at another hotel instead, but that pool was very small and extremely crowded, with lots of people trying to use it."
