"I like that there were multiple pools that could be used including the one with slide on the paradise pool. Good for kids to enjoy. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room. The sheets were not clean and hair and stains the first thing we came to our room after checking in close to midnight. Tub and near the sink was hair and the refrigerator was extremely outdated. A lot of pressure with the marketing team was not really appropriate and took away significant time from the trip given I only...

"The staff were jaded, used to talking with people familiar with their hotel. Very unhelpful to first time visitors. Won't be returning."

"We had a late flight, the MGM app let us check in. Our room was really nice but you could tell house cleaning did not clean the toilet or shower. We had a beautiful view of the strip. Bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was that we mainly booked for the lazy river and it was closed."

"At check in the guy told us we had to exit back outside and drive around to the Nobu. It turns out, nobu was inside where the original check in was. Wasted our time. Couldn’t use the refrigerator, it was $75 to use. If you move their items they will charge you. We had to be extra careful to not touch anything."
