"This is a great option for families or a longer stay. With a full kitchen, living room area and balcony there is plenty of space to make it feel like home. There is plenty to do on site, however keep in mind that it’s all at additional fees (mini golf, arcade, etc). The complex is huge, so much that they have a complementary shuttle to take you from one building or pool to the other, it looks and feels like a huge apartment complex rather than hotel. To that point, they do some sort of timeshare...

"I liked that it was clean, organized, the food was really tasty, there was a variety of food options, and it was within walking distance. There were plenty of activities for kiddos to do. There were three different slides for the pool; however, only one was open, and we went a couple of times to that specific pool. My kids were a little disappointed. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Waited 45 minutes for check in. Long line. Also waited 45 minutes for breakfast. Too many drunk people around, probably not unusual in Vegas but was not pleasant. Facilities were clean and nice though and staff was helpful"

"Room was fabulous. Suite was perfect for our three person party. Everything was clean, fridge available, shower and tub separate, comfortable couch. It's a big property so you have to be prepared to walk. Staff was extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars on-site but everything is a bit pricey. We had access to three pools and the reach had their own vibe."

"We booked Mandalay Bay… didn’t realize we were staying at the “W” which is an offshoot connected on the other side of Mandalay bay. I found this out when we had difficulties upon check-in and our key cards wouldn’t work on the elevators. So after trying that multiple times I had to go stand back in the long check-in line because no one could help me and wait another 20 minutes for the front desk to find out we were in the “W tower” basically a half mile away. The room was nice, but didn’t care...

"These unforseen addional charges is totally unnecessary pay the full price of the room with minimum to laminates if I pay for a non smoking room what's the purpose 250-300 deposit in case of smoking then they are looking to be paid extra in Order to have extra essentials i.e microwave etc..... with the amount of money being paid those things should be included"

"We had a suite for two people overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, well-maintained and the staff were super helpful. The pool was an amazing way to cool down during the hottest times of the day. Only thing I would change is: I wish HGV was a bit further down into the strip. It was quite a walk to the other end (50 mins)."
