"I lost my AirPods and claimed it lost. Its location stayed in one spot which was 20ft from the lost and found counter. After I inquired about it, the item then moved to the rotunda. The lady at the lost and found said that unfortunately sometimes staff will take things. I still have it on location. I wish people were more honest."

"Room was decent size and clean too. The only issue was the layout of the hotel. We had a hard time walking to and from the hotel room to the entrance - it’s a really long walk and easy to get lost."

"We loved our stayed here, the rooms were clean and the check in was really easy. The lobby is always busy but it’s really quiet once you get to the rooms side of the hotels."

"The front desk staff was really polite. The pull out bed was dirty but everything else was great the cleaning staff was exquisite."

"The room was very clean and had a nice view of part of the falls. I especially loved the jet tub overlooking the falls, it was a great way to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The only minor downside was that it took a while for the room to reach a cooler temperature after we arrived. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay."
