"The staff were all wonderful -- helpful, friendly, and efficient! This is a great location, within walking distance of many things and kitty corner from Carnegie Hall. The bathroom had a nice big tub, and the room didn't feel as tiny as other NYC hotel rooms. My only complaint is that this is an older hotel and feels very dated and worn out. My room was so "old" feeling that it had a bit of the "ick" factor. Also, when I got to my room, the windows were wide open (in March's colder weather). I was on the 6th floor, and it just felt strange. I was just there for a night so it felt tolerable, but this is not a "luxury" hotel, even though the building itself is very impressive!"

"Love having breakfast options and they labeled allergens. Room was clean and hard to find a hotel in that are with a kitchenette! Convenient location. Loved that they held our luggage after check out . TVs in the room need an update. Elevators can be a bit wonky. "

"The property was very quiet, considering its location in Times Square. Yes the room is small but it’s New York City and we expected it. They could have maximized storage by having more hooks. There are hooks in the bathroom, but only three, and hooks by the door, which was very helpful, considering the closet was very small but they could add more. "
