"Large rooms with great views. Loved the pool area especially for this time of year! Very pricey coffee shop in the lobby! Outdoor areas are fantastic. Need to improve signage - we had no idea the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor! Be prepared to walk - a lot! Not elderly-friendly, unless they have motorized scooters! You will definitely get your steps in! Rooms do not have coffee makers or microwaves and since we were travelling with a toddler and 80 yo it made things more difficult! But...

"The staff was amazing keeping things clean and making sure we were satisfied. I would recommend staying here for a fast fun short vacation. I would also recommend getting the 3 day bus pass to travel back and forth and there is a stop right outside the hotel. "

"Nice room and good location. No coffee in the room is a real drag—for the price of a room it seems quite chintzy. The gym was under construction and the make shift substitute workout space was tiny and insufficient for the number of guests that stay at this very large hotel. The line at check-in was so slow and VERY understaffed plus the online option didn’t work for everyone in our party and was overly complicated. We noticed huge lineups at the front desk every day at every hour we passed...

"It took us over 2 hours to get a room, they gave us a room that someone else was in, my pregnant wife and I had to go downstairs, 3 times to get new keys and it never worked so we had to have security open the door and someone was sleeping in the room, then another trip down to the lobby after talking for 45 mins we finally got a room. We didn’t check in till 1am… awful"

"Clean room. Room didn’t smell bad. Air conditioning was working well and wasn’t loud. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Coffee and water was in the room for free. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The room is clean when we arrived but the soap and dishes are missing some pots and pan. Other essential household items, limited to cook and make things in the room. The staffs are nice, family friendly and pool is nice, very clean. There are always a life guard on duty. The restaurant in the hotel are just microwave food not worth it. "
