"Mi estadía fue buena, el staff 10/10, la habitación muy linda con vista al mar pero en el baño al entrar vi cabello en el piso, y al lado de la mesa de noche habían uñas y semillas de pistacho, y en cuanto a las amenidades bien, pudimos usar la piscina a pesar de que no había buen clima, igual volvería me gustó mucho la estadía"

"Overall good experience. According to the hotel’s website I was expecting newly renovated rooms. That was not the case, as the friend I was with who stayed there 13 years ago said the rooms were exactly the same, and there was clear wear and tear, such as the sliding bathroom door not gliding properly. On site conveniences were nice; a small bottle of water should not cost $11 though, Vegas or not."

"We booked with Mandalay Bay but our room is a suite in W Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience because the hotel is very nice and clean. The room is a suite with one bed room and a living room. 1 powder room and one master bathroom with large bath tub separate from a shower room. It also has a double sink. Closet is very big with many draws. The only downside might be small TV even though I They are not that small. Overall, we enjoyed the facility. Note that refrigerator is not free. If you...

"Pretty crowded but there was minimal wait for restaurants and pool wasnt too crowded if you are interested in that.. we didn't stay on resort much as we explored the island during our stay"

"Late checkout fees, and early check-in fees are unnecessarily high. That’s just pure greed. The resort fees don’t cover much. They overcharge for Wi-Fi usage on more than two devices, which is unnecessary. Most of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. With the exception of a few rude staff members ant the front desk, our stay was great. Rose at the front desk was quite rude. Grigor, at check in was awesome. For the codt if the rooms, you would think they’d have 2-PLY toilet...
