"The hotel is nice, the room is spacious. And the pool looked good. The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. The first parking lot was closed, and we got redirected to the second parking lot which was completely full, but there was no one there to manage the flow of cars coming in or to inform that the parking was full. This meant cars kept coming in through the barriers, but there was nowhere to go. By the time we looked for a parking space and joined the queue, the "free" allocated time...

"easy property to find and navigate. nice staff everywhere. bring your own water.bottled water is HELLA expensive. and no coffee in rooms and very minimal room service. i would go back tho."

"Property is very clean but maintenance could be better. Several cracks on the outside of lanai. Carpet in hallways was not installed correctly so is a trip hazard right down center of hallways. There is no microwave in rooms"

"The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. Best part of this hotel is location since it is right...

"The river stayed in was nice and clean. It was the sewage smell on the 25th floor near the elevators that I couldn't get over but I didn't say anything to anybody. Kind of figured they already knew because every now and again it smelled like they sprayed something. Had I known you was going through renovations I probably wouldn't have stayed there. But everything else was fine I just have a hard time with smells and it was really bad. I love my room and the view from my room and the amenities in...
