"Customer service was horrible. I used the kiosk and it didn’t give me instructions. Waited an hour to speak to the desk and then she said it was her fault that it happened. She then asked how long did I wait I told her and she smirked and said what did you do for the entire time. I told her wait. She was very dismissive and rude. Then my wife called the front desk just to explain our experience. The lady said sorry and would call back. They never called back. Overall bad customer service. I...

"Es un lugar muy bonito para estar en familia.pero lo único malo es que hay que pagar parking es la primera vez que escucho desde que viajo a estos lugares y llevo 5 años haciéndolo . Capaz que todo ha cambiado es mi primera vez acá . Pero por lo demás está todo bien la atención del personal me encantó son muy atentos. "

"Room was in good condition being a recently refurbished one. Overall good experience except the elevators to the Skyrise tower which was VERY crowded at check in time and were somewhat difficult to navigate."

"The shops were very convenient and nice. The food was excellent. However… the crowds are big, and the beaches were littered with homeless tents. Homeless men were screaming at the top of their lungs. Walking by their encampments was bad, the stench of human filth was unsettling. Walking on the beach at night was sketchy. I loved Hawaii. I did not like the Hawaiian Village. Waiting for en elevator every day took ten minutes because the lines were long. I was traveling solo. I needed to feel safe."

"Have to pay a fee for breakfast, pool was closed the entire time I was there not sure if it’s always like that. People in the casino will harass you about buying a time share. The hotel house keepers didn’t really do anything they came in and gave me more towels and took the dirty ones once but didn’t do that for the rest of my stay. Whatever Expedia tells you that you have to pay at the hotel don’t trust it. I had to pay almost double what Expedia said I had to pay. The place was clean enough...

"Clean room, no issues to speak of. Did not have a microwave, so that was my only negative. "

"Very clean hotel, a little far from the craziness of Las Vegas strip. The restaurants and the food in general were superb . The hotel still smells like new."

"Te cobran una cantidad de 100 dólares no se porque todos los días q estés ospedado no te explican que si tocas las cosas de mini bar o de arriba como botellas de agua y otras cosas te las cobran diario y no te dan nada gratis hasta el agua de la habitación la tienes que pagar en fin muy lindo pero te cobran hasta la risa"
