"It wasn’t even hot in Galveston. It was maybe 80° and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up with the exterior humidity. It was truly pathetic. The beds are worn out. It’s like sleeping on a pillow. There’s way too soft. This hotel is in dire need of a PIP."

"One of the best hotels on the strip. We stayed Friday and Saturday so it was very busy but still plenty of elevators despite the crowds. The shower water pressure was terrible though. Also the sofa bed came with a very thin blanket, different from the bed. So if you have a guest sleeping on the sofa bed they don’t get a proper comforter. Otherwise, beautiful grounds, good customer service, and still one of the best in Vegas. "

"For the amount of money we paid, it was a very disappointing experience. No water or coffee maker in the room. Nothing was refilled in the bathroom, no body wash, half of the towels were missing. The handle of the closet was broken. Check in was endless. We’ll never stay there again."

"Great atmosphere "

"My stay at the Bellagio was like paradise. Eventhough my air didn't work when I first got there. They did fix it and asked me if I wanted to move to another room. I love the stores and restaurants they had there. I really did not have to leave the hotel for anything. I just was impressed that other people were allowed to eat in the restaurants even if they did not stay there. I couldn't eat in this one place because they were away crowded. "

"At check in the guy told us we had to exit back outside and drive around to the Nobu. It turns out, nobu was inside where the original check in was. Wasted our time. Couldn’t use the refrigerator, it was $75 to use. If you move their items they will charge you. We had to be extra careful to not touch anything."
