"Took an hour for us to check-in. Long lines and only two front desk employees. The elevator is a nightmare! Make sure you plan ahead of time because you can spend 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. The rooms need an upgrade! The only positive thing about staying here is how close the hotel is to Broadway shows. "

"Beautiful room and view. Steps away from Time Square and Broadway. Only downside was the on site restaurant not providing room service and no microwave in the room. For that, I wouldn't say it's a family friendly hotel, but it met our needs. "

"Everything was fantastic. The only room for improvement would be the shower head. It did the job, but it was quite old and needed to be fixed as it was spraying in many different directions instead of a constant, straight forward as expected."

"This is a perfect location for all of the Broadway theaters. There’s plenty to see and do in that area. The rooms were clean. The only problem we had is that the walls are very thin and we could hear everything our neighbor was doing. Other than that, we will definitely be back for another stay when we return to New York. "

"The staff were friendly, but there were a number of issues with the room - one being that the aircon/heating didn’t really work. I booked a corner room with two views and it apparently is a common problem. Eventually we were given a heater. The hotel is really well placed for Central Park (5 min walk) and Time square 10/15 min walk. It’s near several underground stations. The customer facing staff were lovely and helpful - rooms could do with a bit updating but we were very comfortable (ask for a kettle and you’ll get one)"

"Great place to stay in manhattan! Friendly staff, good breakfast, perfect location. Spacious and clean room with a wonderful city view. We will stay here again for sure! Really recommended "
