"I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it"

"Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. 2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere., Also - my room was small noisy and I couldn't make it dark due to a window in the bathroom. There was no desk. My friend's room was...

"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."

"I only stayed for a few hours overnight, so it was just in and out but overall it’s a great place to stay in the city. Convenient to the University and Alvin Ailey, Easy walk for explorers and close to a lot of restaurants and nightly entertainment. Will be staying there again in a few weeks."

"The check in was smooth. The staff was helpful from the time you park valet. Super clean room. Loved the bathroom with touch of gold. Hotel itself is safe regardless being in the middle of Times Square. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this to others."

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."
