"The check in process was horrible. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. If you didn’t ask her questions you would be confused because she wasn’t giving out formalities of the location. You had to be fully aware of the process before walking up. I alerted the management that she was very unkind and not friendly nor helpful. He was very apologetic, but that was completely it. I would not rebook with them the parking was horrible as well. She explained to me I should’ve read the fine print. WOW."

"The room were very clean, and the free breakfast was great. The room was small and felt crowded without enough space to put your luggage. I didn't like the elevator situation when it was crowded. You had to provide your floor number, and it automatically assigned you to an elevator. Upon our arrival, there was a long wait and then we went past our floor and then stopped at several other floors on the way back down without anyone getting on or off. It seems inefficient but it worked better...

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"You get what you pay for! It’s not too bad of a room if you just need somewhere to sleep for your trip! People greeting in the front were excellent! As for the front desk, check in and out was smooth but we asked for an iron and never got it. AC were a lil iffy, the ac wouldn’t run and even if you try to leave it running it would automatically put itself in auto mode no matter what, so in the middle of the night the room would get hot!"

"The hotel staff were great, the check in and out process was super easy, the location was amazing. The hotel is pretty and old, bare bones and basic. We visited in April/May and the a/c wasn't quite enough, it might be pretty hot in the summer. Overall, the stay was very nice."
