"The check in line was ridiculously long. I’ve never seen anything like this. They need more check-in staff. You could not leave your luggage upon arrival before check-in - you had to wait in line to get a tag, which is also ridiculous. The elevators are very old, and there’s no indication of what floor you are on when they open. The size of the room was fine for two people, NY-sized. Small bathroom but full sized tub. Good hairdryer. The shampoo and shower gel were empty when we got to the room...

"Everything was great, just the elevators weren’t working when we went. It was pretty inconvenient having to walk up and down 20 flights of stairs. Other than that, absolutely loved it and would visit again!"

"Room was small but clean and comfortable. Fire alarm had been pulled the night we arrived and there is only a kiosk for check-in which made for a difficult late arrival. Elevator stopped working to the rooftop and we weren’t able to take advantage of the brunch or space due to it being shut down.
