"Tiny even for NYC standards. Had to put luggage in the bathroom. The staff was so noisy at all hours. The elevator takes forever. They don’t even offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Literally nothing good to say "

"Our stay was truly wonderful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the exceptional attention and kindness of the staff make the entire experience feel grand. A special shout-out to Fatima, who truly made our stay memorable. She is incredibly kind and embodies outstanding customer service. Every time we walked through the entrance, she greeted us with a warm smile and made a genuine effort to say hello. All of the staff were great, but Fatima truly stood out."

" ⸻ Disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, and despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time, my room was still not ready. I had paid extra for two beds but they said they have only room for 1bed. What’s worse is there was no apology for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional."

"The hotel room is a bit old and outdated. The hotel location is perfect and just above the Grand Central Station."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! When we arrived, my daughter was a bit upset as she had lost something during our travels. The front desk noticed and immediately offered her some tea, which was greatly appreciated! Location is fantastic close enough to walk to everything far enough away that you’re not great in the tourist type of Times Square. Only thing that would’ve made it better was coffee in the room."

"The room was very clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The AC unit was loud and didn’t drop lower than 70. There was a water refill station in lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful in holding our bags after checkout. "
