From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. "This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release."

The only complaint this time was that on the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights,1 at the beginning & 1 at the end of our Hunter Valley holiday in different rooms) the TV didn't work & the lovely man on reception finally fixed it up for up for us. On our 2nd stay the washing machine cord wasn't plugged in & was caught under the machine, how this even happened is weird & to have to untangle it all was stressful especially as we...
