"Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...

"The property is in a stunning location right on the lake. The staff were more than helpful - young, stepped up to help at registration, bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. "Bed and location good. But the cabin was dirty, poorly maintained, tree outside our bedroom scratched in the wind, tight parking when a large caravan was parked close by. We were recommended this and thought we would check it out for future stays but will not be back."
