"There is very little front desk human staff. This makes the check out and check in experience very difficult and slow. There are many kiosk stations that do not work. Please rehire humans and remove the kiosk. It is hard to even find someone to help you around the hotel. The directions to get to my room were incorrect. It took 30 minutes of wandering around before we finally came upon a very helpful bellhop that was able to give us better directions and was so attentive. Please bring back...
