"The room, restaurants and entertainment was great. The only thing that was okay were the reusable cups. Sometimes when it got really busy, it didn't seem that the cups were properly washed ."

"This is the 2nd time I come to this hotel it was great. Check in was a little too long this time but they always have refreshments, we were in building 19 . To start the refrigerator was not working we had to wait till midnight to get it changed, the following day the A/C went out in the whole building. The next day we were at the beach and there was a thunderstorm so they got us out lol. The rain doesn't last much but they have to follow protocol. The pools were clean, bathroom was clean drinks were great. Obviously the room a/c was fixed same day n then everything was great. The spa was great if u can u should try it. I left my son in the kids club which he had fun the staff there is great too, we seen monkeys, capibaras, lizards, bats n more I will come back I love it here."

"The resort is small which I appreciate because we could get between food options and the pool and our room quickly. The staff does a great job cleaning our room but also attending to us around the resort. The private beach is ok as the staff there does not care about you at all and does not bother asking if you need anything or showing you around. It is quick getting to that beach and there is enough places to sit but being about the resort was a much better experience. The resort isn’t busy so it’s fun and easy. The food was great at all but one restaurant. Would have loved if room service was included but they make you pay 10USD when ordering room service. The robe and slippers were also not included in the room unless you pay to be a Vantage member which seemed silly. Great experience overall and would recommend."

"excelente Customer service, El Restaurant y el Breakfast Buffet una delicia. Comida 100% autentica mexicana, el servicio y las atenciones de primera. LAa comida deliciosa incomparable, mucha variedad. El ambiento muy relajado. Yo vivo en Austin Tx. y llegue a ese Hotel un dia antes de mi viaje de 2 semanas a Europa y cene en el restaurant y de regreso llegue otro dia y almorzamos en el restaurant donde ofrecen el Buffet y aun estamos saboreando esa deliciosa comida. Despues de las experiencias del viaje y del servicio en los Hoteles y en los Restaurant Europeos no se comparan en nada absolutamente en nada al servicio que se le da a uno en el Hotel Camino Real Aeropuerto en la Ciudad de Mexico."

"The rooms were clean we stayed in the older rooms so did have a small smell. The pool area was nice with the swim up bar we stayed in this area a lot. The staff was good and was there for anything you may need did push a lot of extras which is typical. The balcony we didn't get to use upon arrival I booked through Expedia and paid extra for a junior suite with a balcony upon arrival they changed us to a ocean view with no balcony so we didn't get exactly what we paid for just realize this is more for relaxing and there is not much night time things to do which is exactly what we wanted."
