"Everything was phenomenal from start to finish; the staff, the food, drinks, and room was 10/10. We told them about us celebrating my girlfriend receiving her PR card, and they upgraded our room, free of charge. Everyone was incredibly generous, and got us to try food/drinks that we didn't ask for but absolutely loved. It was just an amazing time, and I highly recommend going there. Once we're able to, we most likely will go again! It's truly a gorgeous resort."

"We had a 12 night stay at the RIU Palace Dec. 3rd-15th 2025. This is one of the best overall resorts we have stayed at. And we have been to about 20 different resorts in many countries. The staff super friendly and attentive to all your needs. The drinks were all top shelf and perfectly made to your requests. Even had 1 liter bottles of 4 hard liquor in dispensers in your room! Refrigerator in the room was well stocked with beers and soda. Need more you just called room service and they...
