The property was amazing they worked hard constantly cleaning the resort and the beaches. Seagrass was a minimum. The food was great. The drinks were bottom self alcohol. But once we realized that we could ask for Tito’s or Jim Beam and they would do so that helped. Reyna made the best Coffee in the Sports Bar every morning. The biggest complaint I heard from everyone is the Jungle a Pink party requires a reservation for transportation. When I ask Ricky at the front desk the early morning on the day of the party he was extremely rude and unhelpful.
He said to last you should have known. I simply ask how was I to know? There is posters about the party. Nothing says make reservation now. He said it was in my app. But when he looked in my app he stated it’s a malfunction and continued to just be rude. I was crying on vacation simply because of the way he was speaking to me. This is in acceptable. Later Santiago was going by the pool and inviting everyone to attend. I mentioned to him the front desk said there was no room in transport. He said we have five buses going. Be at the lobby. We have plenty of room. We went had a wonderful time. To problems.
Overall we had a good vacation we were there for 8 days and only the one incident. Communication could be better. The best service from the whole resort was from Issac Garcia at the Zini Jewelry store! He was so sweet and was not pushy at all. We look several day and then came back, made our final selection. Issac’s a blessing.
