THEY GAVE US A ROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. BUGS COULD GET THROUGH REST ROOM WINDOW EASILY SO WE HAD TO HAVE THIS WINDOW CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.
