"Overall my stay was wonderful with exception of transportation back to the airport . Staff is so unorganized. So when I got to the resort I decided to arrive in a taxi vs there transportation. However a a member and staying 5 days you would that they just book your departure. Instead they such a big deal and kept sending me to different people, until they finally decided to book my way back to the airport . This was such as inconvenience. I wasted half my day trying to book my transportation...

"This place was a MAJOR disappointment. 1) The SMELL. It just smelled BAD. I thought initially it was all the seaweed, but one day I walked out far past my bungalow, and the water became much clearer. Near the bungalow, it just looked, funky, and SMELLED. I discovered upon returning home, that the expansion of large hotels has put a strain on the sewer system. I searched DuckDuckGo for: "Playa De Carmen sewage issues", and this was the result: "Playa del Carmen faces significant sewage issues...

"Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation at the Nickelodeon Resort Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park, pools, and character experiences were absolutely worth it—our kids had the time of their lives, and there was always something fun to do. "The rooms were clean all the time Staff was great The beach was beautiful clean clear blue water The kids club was great my daughter enjoyed it We didn’t get a chance to try all the restaurants but we tried the buffet during lunch honestly was disappointing however we tried the breakfast it was amazing from the omelette stations to the crepe station and so many options was great Tried the Italian restaurant the pizza was delicious but the pasta not so great"
