Older facility, but very clean, on a great stretch of beach. What makes this place great for a family vacation is the very friendly, attentive, hard working staff. Every person I dealt with during my one week visit was nice. I always felt I could get what I wanted, and I would return to the resort.

They were so helpful. When checking out at noon they allowed us to stay and keep using the amenities (food, drinks etc). Business centre was excellent and free to use. This is an old hotel but rooms are sparking clean and updated, yet retain their charm. Pool area is great. Food options wonderful esp the cerviche lunch place on the beach. Birds around the pool and breakfast buffet are a problem- what about a falcon? Staff wonderful, esp Jose at reception, the spa manager whose name I did not get, Angel at the italian resto.
