"The property is beautiful and well maintained, everything was clean and the staff was great. The children’s play area at the pool was awesome and the other pools were nice as well, but I would’ve enjoyed some cooler temperatures, they were a bit warm for my taste. The beach looked well maintained but we didn’t go in honestly because the water looked very murky. The only other thing qualm we had was with the food. There was plenty of it and a variety to choose from but it was pretty bland....

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
