"The room was on of the worst ever, the sink was stained, carpet had gum stuck to it, furniture was scratched & old. The room had a musty damp odor. I stayed for work and did not have the time to find another room. I’m sure the heath department would have a few questions. I called for a receipt for the $10.00 nightly parking fee. I was told, “ we don’t give receipts for parking.” I had to argue with the lady to receive one. "

"Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Best things were Kelvin at the front desk & the overall customer service experience provided by ALL staff members.
What we didn’t love but was satisfactory were the “soundproofed” rooms, elevators, and television sets. The rooms are not soundproofed, which takes away from your privacy experience. "Lovely hotel. Decent size room, nice and clean, lovely staff too. Free breakfast in the morning (bagels, toast, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt) as well as tea and coffee. It is not on the beachfront but there are bus stops outside and I used the Metro to get to Downtown SM which was around a 15-20 minute walk (I do not drive). I believe if you have a car the beach is only a short drive away. Several shops and cafes/restaurants nearby (Trader Joe's, Starbucks, McDonalds all within close walking...
