"The staff were not helpful my son arrived 8hrs before I did and I had called to add him to my room was told okay when he tried to check in was not allowed even when he offered his credit card.They did not want to let him check his bags he had to get the manager involved.a hald hr before I arrived they were willing to let him use his credit card by then I had arrive at the airport.it was to little to late."
