"We spent 2 nights each before and after a cruise. Enjoyed the hotel, nice seaside location. Good breakfast, had some food in the bar that was good. Subash made a delicious espresso martini in the Churchill Room. First visit we had a 1st floor room with a balcony, 2nd visit was a rather small room on the 4th floor. Not sure why we got one over the other, but if you can get the 1st floor. Didn’t have a Nespresso on the 4th, but did on the 1st, again not sure why. Lots of good eateries nearby."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. "Room ok, very dated. Service in the bar very slow. Had to move room due to it smelling of smoke, but they did move us with no problem. Stayed mainly for location. Would choose somewhere else next time"
