"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."

"We chose a loft room and were allocated room 419 - it had a narrow, wraparound balcony, despite this not really being advertised, it was such a lovely bonus. The location is on a relatively busy street so there is some street noise, but moreso in the daytime than late at night. We interacted minimally tbh with staff there, but any interaction was really friendly and helpful."

"This is a unique place to stay, well positioned between the main station, with ease of access to the airport, and the centre of the city and its attractions. It is almost like staying in your own Roman apartment, but with the help of a virtual reception (that becomes real in the mornings!). Our air conditioned room was clean and spacious, access via the keypads was flawless, and the extras (coffee machine, ease of leaving luggage on day of departure) eased our stay. "The floor was a bit beaten up but the room was clean. It was modern and had a bit of a hipster vibe. Not enough elevators. Staff was helpful. Their app for laundry didn’t work. A little pricey for what it was all told."

"This is the worst place I have even been. We arrived after hauling our luggage to the far side of the campground at least 6 city blocks. The key worked very poorly and the door was hard to open. Inside this small camper like space was dirty and full of ants , the minute we placed our bags down they became covered by ants . There was urine on the wall behind the toilet. We left without staying even one night we were informed that we would not get a refund but it was bad enough we decided to cut...
